Ok people. I've gotta stop being lazy. I may work stupid long hours, but I shouldn't just wake up with enough time to get ready for work and then putter about on the net after work.

So starting now, I'm gonna get up at 7, actually do stuff (like move the desk out of my room and get those bookshelves in, and clean, and study) and go to sleep at a reasonable time.

... god, I hate working retail. And the hours. Seriously, I think my manager is just like "WELL, YOU SAID YOU CAN WORK WHENEVER, SO I'LL PUT YOU DOWN TO WORK AROUND 44 HOURS A WEEK! AT LEAST! :D!" omfg, this is also my holiday. Also, how about letting us sit down at least once, huh? My back can friggin take this! For the love of god, hire people! We're short-staffed as is! I can't get a goddamn day off and I hardly have time to go to the chiropractor with these stupid shifts! YARG! (Though I'll only be working like, three days a week come school. If that.)

I'm back! Trip was good! I bought a lot of stuff! I saw two different Cirque shows! I saw CHER AND TOM JONES, OMG PEOPLE! I also hate fucking United Air!

Basically, we waited around for our plane (that was set to leave at 11:05 pm on Wednesday), and then they told us there was something wrong. Fast forward about 3 hours, and they let us know our flight is canceled. YAY. Also, they only had one person to help the whole lot of us find new flights to where ever. Perfect! So we end up calling a huge amount of numbers trying to find some flight to get back to Toronto, and finally call Air Canada and we have a choice of going on a direct that leaves at midnight and gets back at about 7 am, or we go via Calgary at about 5, and get back home at about 6 am. Cue us pulling our hair out. So we take the Calgary option because at that point I just wanted to get the fuck out of the States, and we got out of the airport around 6:20, in which my brother has to basically drop his bags off at him home and then go straight to work, which starts at about 6:30. I went home and passed out. Urg. Never again, ok.

In other news, I'm old. Thanks to everyone for the birthday wishes, and everyone who had their birthday while I was away, OMG HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!! ♥

I'm 100% a freak, but watching the Kangin Heechul ~~Ghei Tiem~~ Xanadu Show, I came to realize I totally missed Kangin's smile and his chubby little cheeks and him failing at things like roller skating. *headdesk* I feel like such a loser. Ignore.

I have an update for uni!verse ready...ish, so maybe I'll be productive and work on that. I still have so much prep to do for my Israelite History class too. Gotta read that stuff asap.

What the shit?! We're back to Hobo!Heechul, we've got Donghae's 2nd worst hair ever (nothing top TWINS hair, people), Yesung's still horrible hair, woman!Wook, and Teuk decided to be a pretty pretty princess?! Reasons Why Today Sucked:

- I left my phone at home

- I forgot to put my engagement ring* on so I was freaking out once ever 5 minutes

- my back is still aching horribly

- The chicken in my pita looked uncooked, so I was worried I'd get salmonella (but I'm not puking my brains out so it was 100% fine)

- 3 SLR cameras were stolen from work today, about $1 500 total, and it was my fault it happened.

There are many reasons why today sucked. I won't go into it beside a lot (and I mean a fucking lot) of back pain. If I don't go to the chiro tomorrow I may have to shoot myself in the face. And by that I mean I probably won't last through my shift at work tomorrow.

In other news, my brother fucking rocks and oh man, I really miss him. It was nice to chill, just me and him yesterday. We never really get to do that anymore. (Though he totally took my dad's old record player + his collection of records. Is it dorky that I kinda want it?)

I swear to god, when they were all really blasé about missing the comet, I was so happy Zuko attacked Aang. Good thing Zuko piped up on Ozai planning fucking genocide on the whole world so they decided to stop playing around. Communication in the Gaang, ain't it great? *facepalm*

That said, things both seemed rushed and properly paced; I loved that it took the group over a full day to get to Ba Sing Sae. I didn't love that it took Zutara like, an hour to go from BSS to the Fire Nation's capital. Except I'm looking at the map now, and if they traveled East, then ok, I can see that not taking a really long time, but it's no quick little trip. But old people kick ass. :D

... was anyone as glee-filled when Zuko didn't even take two seconds before going "KATARA. TOTALLY TAKING KATARA WITH ME" as I was? Yeah, shut up. There was a lot of Zutara-ish squeeing going on there for a while. Throwing himself in front of the lightening! Her freaking the fuck out over him! Tears! There should have been hugs and love, ok. There should have been.

Azula is a crazy bitch, and it's great to see her just lose her mind. She was actually kinda scary in her madness. I really liked they that they showed her ruined psyche, because damn, I don't think anyone could be normal after all the things she's done through her life. And Katara. Oh Katara. She was both awesome and stupid. Why on earth didn't she just fucking bloodbend Azula when she went psycho on her? Seriously. That would have saved a lot pointless running around, Katara, and you would have gone up about 50 awesome points. You were fine doing it a few episodes ago when you went crazy on dude-who-killed-your-mum, but you couldn't on Azula? Yarg.

I was so happy to see Sokka kicking some ass and doing some quick thinking. I was also glad, though it'll sound horrible, that he got hurt. It's a war. No matter how skilled they are, people get hurt. Though how the hell they survived the war balloons was kinda far-fetched, even for the world of Avatar.

Aaaaaaang! I'm really glad he stuck to his guns and refused to kill anyone. Was anyone else going "oh god, oh god, whatthefuckisgoingon?!?!" with the whole blue/red spirit battle(!) that went on? Only after it was like "oh... oooh!" Also, the Ozai battle was pretty awesome... but for Ozai's firebending. Was anyone else a little disappointed that there wasn't a lot of bending from Aang until he went Avatar State on him? That fight between Azula and Aang at the fall of BSS was some of the best bending in the whole series. Also, fire now = rocket packs? What? I dunno, I wasn't too keen on that.

And then... then the sinking of my ship. I'm not really bitter, because lets be honest, it was expect.

I don't like Maiko for a few reasons: first off, it came out of fucking no where way back when, that it always just feels... pasted on. It seems so fake. Zuko is a tormented, self-loathing boy and Mai is an overly apathetic girl. I can understand that she had a girlish!crush on him since childhood, but c'mon. She's be the worst girlfriend and Zuko would get nothing out of the relationship that he needs aside from the very little affection Mai would be able to show. Zuko would be the type to need a constant reaffirmation of love to grow out of his shell and actually be able to return affection; I highly doubt he would have any idea of how to love someone or how to be in a relationship after everything he's gone through, and with Mai being her usual sarcastic, uninterested, emotionless self, Zuko would doubt everything that he did as her boyfriend. So when they ~*~magically~*~ started dating in Book 2, it felt so weird. And her randomly appearing at the end. It was just kinda weird and plopped in.

And that brings us to the Kataang. Um. What? Just a few days before, Katara was freaking out over Aang kissing her and talking about being together (man, does anyone know any 12 year olds who talk about "being together"?! I can't remember me doing that when I was that young!) and telling him she was so confused(!) and then suddenly she figures it all out... in 48-72 hours? It just seemed really rushed and unnecessary for that kiss at the end; it would have been a perfect ending to the series if they had ended it with them watching the sunset hand-in-hand, leaving it open for interpretation because I believe that Katara did spend a lot of time thinking of Aang as a kid and a friend and as family, and to have her rushed into just falling in love like that feels like it cheapens it. Like they threw it in ~~to sink the Zutara ship~~ last minute.

Just so everyone knows, I'm totally making Zuko's apron. And stitching "teabender" on it.

Kiki's sister is such a doll. I love that girl. She's so sweet and patient with my fail and she's the only person who can talk rapid-fire Korean and I still generally understand the gist of things. Tomorrow will be spent with Minkyung going around some palaces and me running around looking for stuff for family that I've failed to get.

Holy crap, it was so damn humid today. I'm not usually one to sweat a lot but today just made me feel icky as all get out after maybe 15 minutes. NOT NICE, KOREA. NOT NICE. Part of me is just like "OMG SOON, HOME, CANADA, LESS FRIGGIN HUMIDITY, WANTS NOW PLZ!"

Met up with Kiki's older sister again to go see her younger friend's performance. Contemporary dance! Boys with belly-tops and six-packs! Creepy lighting that make all the girls look like horror movie ghosts! Fun was had all around. We also wandered around for a while and then went to 노래방. I swear, this place was adorable. Tiny room but pillows and nifty-ness. It was good.

Oh. And I bought a button that says "baby one more time ♥" on it. EXCUSE ME WHILE I GO GIGGLE FOREVER. ~~Shut up.~~

In other news, I've gotta find another godforsaken 3 credit 4th year class to take or I'm completely screwed for graduating next year. Thanks, Department of Arts, for making stupid requirements. *shoots self in the face*

There was a guy today, with kittens and a few little bunnies.

They were too young, too small, too skinny, and some were clearly sick. He had tiny cages for them, and plastic ones too. There was no water or food around.

I've never wanted to do anything as much as I wanted to take all of them away.

How the fuck can people to that to little, sweet animals? They have no choice. Their lives and well-being are in your hands. Fucking take care of them, you worthless shit of a man.

I have such little faith in humanity.

On a happier note, met up with coyotecolored, saw Hancock, ate chicken, walked around, and fangirled.
